During the past eighteen months our transport problems have been most acute, caused mainly through shortage of motor spirit.
We have found that the fitment of Producer Units has helped us to surmount these difficuities. We have now fourteen of your Pederick Producer Units fitted to our fleet and we can honestly say that our troubles have been very few, during the period that have been fitted.
We are writing this letter to show our appreciation for the manner in which your Service Department has co-operated with us and again to register our satisfaction that we chose Pedericks when making our selection of Producer Units.

Dear Sir,
My 1940 Chevrolet Sedan, purchased from your firm, has done 71000 miles, 64000 miles of which has been done with producer gas. This car was purchased in June, and a Pederick De Luxe Car Unit was fitted in August, 1940. My car is used to carry the "Courier-Mail" from Toowoomba to Stanthorpe daily -- on a two hundred and fifty mile trip -- and during the whole time it has never failed to do the job.
The head was taken off after 35000 miles on gas, and the cylinder wear was only 1 1/2 thousand, and the car was still doing the job when I traded it in on a new 1941 Chevrolet fitted with a Cheney-Pederick producer complete.
Four years ago I lost my right arm and can manage on gas as easily as I did with petrol, saving over 150 gallons per month.
I would therefore recommend the Pederick Gas Producer to anyone requiring a gas unit for heavy work.
